Bullying is when someone calls you names, teases you or tries to hurt you on purpose.  It can also include stealing your money or belongings, or making things up to get you into trouble.

Bullies may be aggressive, threatening or they may ignore you completely and make you an outcast.

All of this is bullying!!

If you are being bullied you don't have to put up with it.  There are things you can do to make your life easier.

The first thing you should do is tell someone such as:

  • a friend
  • a teacher
  • your parents
