The Connexions Service is a support service for all young people aged 13 - 19. It offers all 13 - 19 year olds the information, advice, guidance and practical help they need to prepare for adult and working life.
All 13 - 19 year olds have access to Connexions whether they are at school, in further or higher education, in or out of work or training. Extra help and support is available to those who need it.
You can also contact Connexions Direct, which is a confidential helpline that is open between 8am and 2am every day. Please find a link to the Connexions Direct website below.
Connexions County Durham is part of the Children and Young People's Services of Durham County Council.

The 2008/09 version of the Help4teens CD is now available. Each Year 9 and 11 student will receive a copy of the CD through their Connexions Personal Adviser.
You can now find out about open days and events offered by schools, colleges and other learning providers by using the Events Diary available on the area wide prospectus.
The Youth Advisory Board for the 14-19 Commission has been asked to find out young people's opinions around education and the new diplomas....
