Help4teens, the website for young people in County Durham, has been awarded the Best Youth Enterprise award in the North East Digital Awards.
The awards are funded by One NorthEast and aim to celebrate the achievements of organisations that have used digital technology to best effect during 2007.
This is a great achievement for Connexions County Durham and Indigo Multimedia, who are the developers for Help4teens.
We hope to continue the success of the Help4teens website during 2008 with brand new features including:
- Development of Online Vacancies/Opportunities section
- Module developed to provide information to parents and carers of young people
- Continued development of the 14-19 area wide prospectus.

You can now find out about open days and events offered by schools, colleges and other learning providers by using the Events Diary available on the area wide prospectus.
The Youth Advisory Board for the 14-19 Commission has been asked to find out young people's opinions around education and the new diplomas....
The 2008/09 version of the Help4teens CD is now available. Each Year 9 and 11 student will receive a copy of the CD through their Connexions Personal Adviser.
