► Phone and Callback
You can phone direct to an adviser on 0800 100 900 or complete an online form to request that an adviser calls you back. Calls are free from a landline but you may be charged from mobile phones, so if you phone from a mobile give the adviser your number and they will call you back.
► Textphone
If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech difficulties, you may choose to use e-mail or adviser online, but you can also contact a connexions direct adviser using the textphone. The number for this is 08000 968 336.
► Text
You can text for simple information like telephone numbers. If you want more in-depth information and advice - calls from your mobile are not free. Ring us on 0800 100 900, tell the adviser your mobile number and we will call you back. Please don't waste your money sending us picture messages as our system doesn't support them. Text us on 07766 4 13 2 19.
► Webchat
This is not a chat-room. When you click on Webchat you will enter a one-to-one confidential session with a trained adviser.
If you e-mail in a question an adviser will send you an answer within 24 hours. You will have to give them some contact details so that they can e-mail you back.
► Moderated Chat Room and Message Board
The chat rooms are fully moderated to ensure your safety. Please do not attempt to post any personal details in the chat, as other chat room users can view the messages posted on the site. If you need advice that is not related to the chat room discussion topic of the day, you can contact an adviser separately through webchat, email, telephone or SMS text message.
